#problem 1

Poor navigation

Users faced issues with finding information on the website.

#solution 1.1

Fixing the information architecture

The analysis of the existing Information Architecture revealed redundant items on the website, causing inconsistency and making it difficult for users to find what they need efficiently.

#solution 1.2

Easy to perceive nav bar

The placement of the logo for returning to the homepage and the main navigation bar included confusing and irrelevant items, adding to a poor user experience.

Projects labeling issue

Confusing and difficult to find projects.

Restructuring the Project Page flow

Locating specific projects was challenging due to ineffective filters on the project page, which added to user confusion. Additionally, a few projects were scattered across the website, further complicating the navigation experience.
