#problem 1
Poor navigation
Users faced issues with finding information on the website.

Fixing the information architecture
The analysis of the existing Information Architecture revealed redundant items on the website, causing inconsistency and making it difficult for users to find what they need efficiently.

Easy to perceive nav bar
The placement of the logo for returning to the homepage and the main navigation bar included confusing and irrelevant items, adding to a poor user experience.

Confusing and difficult to find projects.

Restructuring the Project Page flow
Locating specific projects was challenging due to ineffective filters on the project page, which added to user confusion. Additionally, a few projects were scattered across the website, further complicating the navigation experience.

Users took more than 1 minute to find internships and job opportunities.
